For us to continue to deliver great service to our clients it's important that we've got an awesome support team doing the work behind the scenes. In the early days it was just Adam with a computer and cellphone looking after all clients and working the banks to get the best deals.

Now you'll find Amber, Renee, Flo and Steph in the office ensuring that your best foot is being put forward with the bank and that we're making the loan application process as smooth as possible. These four take care of the paperwork (which we can assure you there is still a lot of!) and answering queries from banks in a timely manner which keeps things very efficient.

This allows Adam, Claire and Greg to be out there, working with our clients to give them the best home loan solutions possible. We wouldn't want to be constantly checking emails and answering phone calls while we're working with you - We want to give you our undivided attention so that you're getting the right plan and options for you which is why our team is so important.

To help our clients understand more about what we do we're always updating our website so you can see the people that will be working hard for you and if you do receive a phone call or email from one of the team while we're completing a loan application for you, you know exactly who you're dealing with.
