Tight timeframes and the best result...
Claire received a lovely bunch of flowers from Amy and Nick (we don't expect all our clients to send these!) after arranging the loan for their first home. They were thrilled we were able to work to the tight time frame required to make sure they were successful in their purchase.

Success for a brand new Transportable Home
The new house has arrived – here are some pics, last one is the house coming through the main street of Otorohanga at 5.30am on Wednesday morning. We're really pleased with it, can't wait to get in.

I would highly recommend Adam Thompson as a Mortgage Broker. My Real Estate Agent put me in contact with Adam after I put an offer on a property. Knowing that I had gone over my pre-approved budget from my existing provider I required the best help and advise.
Throughout the process Adam was extremely helpful, he was efficient and excellent at communicating what was happening, always getting back to me in a timely fashion. He also provided an insight into the economy and how this was determining the interest rates in both the short and long term.
He managed to be able to get my mortgage approved where the lending was tight.
The last part of the process saw another OCR cut. At the last moment he renegotiated the rate at no extra cost and was able to get a rate less than the carded rate.
Anyone seeking a Mortgage Broker must use Adam. I will be recommending him to anyone I hear is looking for a mortgage and also friends that are Real Estate Agents.
