Hi! We're Adam, Greg, and Claire from My Mortgage and we run a  business locally in Matamata operating as Mortgage Advisors. We’ve been Matamata Mortgage Advisors now for a combined 23 years. Claire owns property in Matamata and Greg and Adam are Matamata born and bred so understand the market locally and really like dealing with people in Matamata.

What we do is arrange home loans and get people many different options, not just the current bank but a range of different lenders in New Zealand. We take care of arranging finance for people buying houses and our services are completely free of charge.

In addition to that, we are happy to give people advice on achieving their goals in homeownership or if they’re just looking to reduce debt, we're here to help. If people want to save money on their existing loan, if they don’t think their bank is giving them the best deal, or just want to seek a second opinion we can help there too. We can also take care of refixing loans, if you've had a fixed term expire and are not really sure what you should do now and what the best deal in the market is and a structure that is going to work for them, we're here and can help.
